Pledge: Vice President Harris, Take Action in Palestine, NOW!

Our elected leaders should advocate for policies that promote peace, safety, and dignity for all of our communities, in the U.S. and abroad. But rather than listen to the majority of U.S. voters—who support a ceasefire in Gaza—the Biden/Harris Administration has continued to send money and weapons to the Israeli military and government to carry out genocide of Palestinians.

As a leader in the Biden Administration and Presidential candidate, Vice President Kamala Harris has the opportunity to help bring about a ceasefire in Gaza. I pledge that I cannot in good conscience vote for Vice President Harris until at least one of the following conditions are met: a permanent ceasefire is achieved, OR Vice President Harris publicly commits to an arms embargo against Israel if she is elected.

I am joining thousands of Pennsylvanians to send a message to the Democratic Party: if they want our votes for President, they must do everything in their power to bring about a ceasefire. We will not vote for candidates who actively support genocide, no matter who they are running against or what their stated values are.
